Dear Guest, Welcome to our home. We are sure you will love it as much as we do. In order to ensure that everyone has a wonderful stay, there are a few house rules.  

 

❖ Guests are required to obey all estate rules and regulations. A copy was emailed on confirmation of your booking. Please read and familiarize yourself with the rules of the estate. Please see the link below for your convenience.

❖ Guests will be liable for any fines or damages in the estate.  
❖ Guests are to please comply with the parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration to other residents. Unit 47 has 1 allocated bay. Other vehicles may use designated visitors’ bays.  
❖ No Smoking is allowed inside the unit.  
❖ No pets or unregistered guests are allowed to stay in the unit.  
❖ All clubhouses in the estate close at 10pm.  
❖ No parties  
❖ Any breakages or damages will be charged for and must be reported timeously.  
❖ All doors and windows must be closed when you leave the unit and when raining.  
❖ Please turn off all lights and appliances that are not in use when you leave the apartment.  
❖ Please be considerate of the neighbours and unit below and don’t make excessive noise.  
❖ The owners accept no liability for injury on the property. 47 Lonehill Village Estate and its facilities is used entirely at your own risk.  
❖ Please do not tamper with any appliances, TV’s or electrical circuits. Should you have a problem, please contact us and we will gladly help.  
❖ Please look after the keys. Lost keys will be charged for.
